Restore purchases

If Full Access is not showing on your current device:

  1. Open Wat Kham.
  2. Go to Settings from the deck list.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
  4. Use the same Apple Account that was used for the original purchase if prompted.

The unlock is tied to your Apple Account rather than a single device, so restoring should bring all decks back immediately.

Troubleshooting

Cards are not showing as due

Wat Kham uses spaced repetition scheduling, so cards only reappear when their interval says they should. If you cleared everything recently, seeing no due cards can be expected rather than a bug.

Thai text-to-speech is silent

Check device volume first, then make sure a Thai voice is installed in Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Voices > Thai. The feature uses Apple’s on-device speech system.

My streak seems wrong

Streaks count days where you completed review. If nothing was due on a day, that does not break the streak. If you think a streak reset unexpectedly, contact support with the approximate count and date.

The app feels slow on my device

The review experience uses custom Metal rendering. Closing other graphics-heavy apps and restarting the device can help if your phone is under memory or GPU pressure.

Decks are still sealed after I paid

Run Restore Purchases first. If the lock state persists, confirm you are signed into the correct Apple Account and then email support with your approximate purchase date.

Reminders and notifications

You can manage daily reminders directly inside the app:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Toggle the reminder on or off.
  3. Choose the time you want Wat Kham to nudge you back into review.

If reminders do not appear, verify notification permission in Settings > Notifications > Wat Kham.

Reporting issues

If you find a content or behavior problem, include:

  • A short description of what went wrong.
  • The deck name, if the issue is card-specific.
  • Your device model and iOS version.

What support covers
