Restore Purchases

If you've previously purchased the Full Access unlock and it isn't showing on your current device:

Open Wat Kham.
Go to Settings (gear icon on the deck list).
Tap Restore Purchases.
Sign in with the same Apple Account you used for the original purchase if prompted.

Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account, not to a specific device. Restoring should unlock all decks immediately.

Troubleshooting

Cards aren't showing as due

Wat Kham uses spaced repetition scheduling. Cards only appear when they're due for review based on your past grading. If you've recently reviewed all due cards, new ones will appear on their scheduled date. You can also check individual deck progress to see upcoming review counts.

Thai text-to-speech isn't working

Make sure your device isn't in silent mode and that the volume is turned up. Thai TTS requires a Thai voice to be available on your device. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Voices > Thai and download a Thai voice if none is installed.

My streak was reset

Streaks count consecutive days where you completed a review session. If no cards were due on a given day, that day doesn't break your streak. If your streak was unexpectedly reset, please contact us with your approximate streak count and we'll investigate.

The app is running slowly

Wat Kham uses Metal rendering for its visual effects. If you experience performance issues, try closing other apps to free up GPU resources. The app requires iPhone hardware — it's optimized for recent devices but should run on any iPhone supporting iOS 18 or later.

I purchased Full Access but decks are still locked

Try using the Restore Purchases option described above. If the issue persists, make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account used for the purchase. If you still need help, contact us with your approximate purchase date.

Notifications & Reminders

Wat Kham can send daily reminders to help you maintain your study habit. To manage reminders:

Open the app and go to Settings.
Toggle Daily Reminder on or off.
Use the time picker to choose when you'd like to be reminded.

If you're not receiving notifications, check that Wat Kham has notification permission in your device's Settings > Notifications > Wat Kham.
